Мод расширяет возможности Братства Стали – теперь можно будет управлять группой, в том числе в делах с остальным миром. Появляется возможность вкладывать деньги в поселения, развивать разработки (мирные и военные), участвовать в стычках с рейдерами, мутантами и Анклавом, нанимать новых солдат и многое другое.
