Coastal Village.
It's a remote and quiet place near a deathclaw lair, what could possibly go wrong.
I think this is a good place to stock up on supplies before heading to the outer harbor, so I added:
- A clinic with 2 doctors and 1 surgeon with an autodoc.
- Armory where you can store all types of weapons and modify them, there is a weapons dealer if you want to purchase ammo.
- Armory, where you can store your power armor suit and buy additional items.
- Bar
There is room for 16 settlers, 22 food and 18 water. The defense is also good.
