Inf Syringes - endless syringes;
Inf Stamina — endless endurance;
Inf Strategems — fast reloading of stratagems;
Inf Mission Time — endless mission time;
No Reload — without recharging;
Max Resources - maximum resources.

How to run:

Open the file as administrator;
Config.ini will generate a configuration function that can be enabled (1) or disabled (0);
Open the program again;
Launch the game;
Cheats are activated automatically.
