Avium

The main character is a vigilante named Jake. Together with his allies, he travels through the cyberpunk desert city of Avium in search of Khaz-Mat. This is an evil robot that threatens the world. The game has an open world, the ability to fly and teleport, battles with bosses, leveling up various abilities (laser vision, telekinesis, invisibility, etc.), as well as stealth elements that allow you to secretly fight enemies.
