Beholder: Complete Edition

Beholder: Complete Edition is a complete edition of a side-scrolling adventure strategy game where you have to spy on people. The story of the game will tell us about Karl Stein, a citizen of a totalitarian state who lost his job. In order to feed his family, he gets a job as a manager in an apartment building. It has long been in need of large-scale renovations; most of the apartments here are generally uninhabitable, but these are all fixable little things. But the worst thing is that Karl will have to keep an eye on the residents and, if anything happens, report them to the Ministry of Order.
