Magic Shackles U9.3.
Take the npc and press the spell wheel button (touchpad button in the pointer) to link them. There are 2 modes:
1. Grab the NPC's wrists or both ankles and press 2 spell wheel buttons at the same time to bind them together. Repeat to untie them.
2. Take one part (wrist, ankle, neck, shoulder), press them to a wall or surface (ground, pillars) and press the spell wheel button to fix them to that surface. Repeat to untie them
