Magic Shackles U9.3.
Take an NPC and press the spell wheel button (the touchpad button on the pointer) to bind them. There are 2 modes:
1. Grab the NPC by the wrists or both ankles and simultaneously press 2 spell wheel buttons to bind them together. Repeat to unbind them.
2. Grab one part (wrist, ankle, neck, shoulder), press them against a wall or surface (ground, pillars) and press the spell wheel button to secure them to that surface. Repeat to unbind them.
