Bombshell

Bombshell is a futuristic shooter with RPG elements and an isometric camera view. The game tells the story of Shelley Harrison, nicknamed Bombshell, who is an explosives expert and part-time mercenary. Armed not only with all sorts of cool guns, but also with a powerful mechanical arm and strong charisma, Shelly defeats her enemies with style and brilliance. The girl lost her hand after an unsuccessful attempt to defuse a mysterious bomb, which led to a tragedy called the “Washington Incident.” Shelley was blamed for the incident and removed from service in the World Defense Forces, but she later received a second chance by agreeing to a deal with a private military corporation.

You have to help Shelley atone for her guilt, fight many evil aliens of the Kirr race and, in the best traditions of Duke Nukem, save the president and the entire Earth into the bargain.
