Force Level Up

Adds a button to the building info panel header that upgrades the build level when you want it.
Allows you to manually level up an individual building or an entire district, even if it does not meet the requirements for leveling up. Be careful with land values and the "No Lift" policy. Buildings will be abandoned/destroyed if the level is too high for the land value.
Добавляет кнопку в заголовок информационной панели здания, которая повышает уровень сборки, когда вы этого хотите.
Позволяет вручную повысить уровень отдельного здания или всего района, даже если он не соответствует требованиям для повышения уровня. Будьте осторожны с ценностью земли и политикой «Без подъемов». Здания будут заброшены / разрушены, если уровень слишком высок для стоимости земли.
