This is a STABLE version with tested functions.
Notes on transition from legacy TM:PE v10.20 to TM:PE v11:
1. Exit the game to your desktop
2. Unsubscribe from ALL other versions, including the legacy version of Traffic Manager v10. 20
3. Subscribe to this version
4. Launch the game and check in Content Manager -> Mods if TM:PE v11 is enabled and make sure there are no other TM:PEs.
5. Done
