DECENT ReShade preset provides natural, clear, colorful images and HDR functionality.
Installation:
1. Download and install ReShade 4.8.2.
2. Download the DECENT ReShade preset from this post. Extract the entire contents of the archive into the Cyberpunk 2077/bin/x64 folder (overwriting all files if necessary).
