Dark Souls II - Scholar of the First Sin. Simple. DS2 - saving will not work.
The plot is completed. Completed the Crown of the Ivory King expansion and almost completed Crown of the Old Iron King.
Character: level 195.
The inventory contains a soul vessel for redistributing skills. Those. you have 195 skill points to start NG+.
To redistribute points, go to Interworld through the fire, go into the house and one of the grannies will reset your skills for the vessel of the soul.

Персонаж: 195 уровня.
В инвентаре есть сосуд души для перераспределения навыков. Т.е. у вас 195 скилл пойнтов для начала НГ+.
Для перерасспределения очков, через костёр отправляйтесь в Междумирье, зайдите в дом и одна из бабуль сбросит ваши навыки за сосуд души.
