A zombie survival game. Where we play as one of 4 (5) heroes and try to get out of an ominous hell.
At first it seems to us that we are in paradise, there are beaches, palm trees, and swimming pools all around. But it was not to be, after one evening at the club. In the morning we find out that everyone has disappeared somewhere. And when we go outside we find out... that they have become ZOMBIES and now they want to devour us. Well, the game is based on escaping from the island and at the same time finding out what happened that night. Oh, and they also give you tasks in the form of mini-quests.

Игра в жанре зомби-сурвайв. Где мы играем за одного из 4-х (5и) героев и пытаемся выбраться из зловещего ада.
Поначалу нам кажется что мы попали в рай, кругом пляжи, пальмы, бассейны. Но не тут-то было, после одного вечера в клубе. На утро мы узнаем, что все куда-то исчезли. И выйдя на улицу мы узнаем... что они стали ЗОМБИ и теперь хотят нас сожрать. Ну и игра завязана на том, чтобы сбежать с острова и попутно узнать что произошло в ту ночь. А, и ещё дают задания в виде мини-квестов.

Overall not bad, but I got tired of it very quickly. Being about halfway through the passage, I simply started running through the locations to the checkpoint in order to simply go through the plot (the plot, by the way, is also not very good). I played on maximum difficulty (when, along with your level, the level of your opponents also increases), because of which at some point it got to the point that I was doing almost no damage to zombies, this is another reason why the game got boring. In general, you can complete it, but not on maximum difficulty, because there is no point in doing so, and the game will only get boring. The game is created more for the fans.
В целом неплохо, но уж очень быстро надоела. Будучи примерно на половине прохождения я просто начал пробегать локации до контрольной точки, дабы просто пройти сюжет(сюжет, кстати, тоже не очень хорош). Играл я на максимальной сложности(когда вместе с твоим уровнем, увеличивается и уровень противников) из-за чего в какой то момент дошло до того, что я не наношу зомби почти никакого урона, это ещё одна причина, почему игра надоела. В общем пройти можно, но не на максимальной сложности, ибо в этом нет никакого смысла, и игра только надоест. Игра создана скорее для фана.

Этот шедевр можно и нужно проходить только в кооперативе с друзьями, чтобы не испортить себе мнение об игре, проходя одному. Нужно обязательно убить друга выстрелом в бочку, когда друг ее тащит для дела) Больше способов нанести урона сокомандникам нет, и это даже хорошо, а то мы бы не проходили игру, а тупо все время друг друга гасили.
Сюжет — не главное, хотя, можно сказать, что его тут и нет. Зомби, зомби и еще раз много-много зомби, просто толпы зомби, но почему-то ты не зомби и не можешь им стать. Оружия миллион, да еще его можно крафтить из всего, что ты найдешь в мусорках, столах, шкафах и т.п. Стволы, гранаты, метательное оружия, мины, а всяких там катан, ножей и мачете — вообще молчу) Мясо и еще раз мясо.

I remember and feel nostalgic. Oh, what a great place to have a blast and let off some steam here. It is advisable and even preferable to play with friends, because the game's plot is designed for 4 players. The developer company worked very well on the graphics throughout the entire series of these games and it looks amazing even now. Dead Island was for me a kind of pioneer in this genre, because although I think L4D is a good game, it’s just a shooter, and here you will have a bunch of different opportunities, not to mention the open world, which is designed quite attractively. I haven’t had a chance to play the remake yet, but soon I’ll definitely pick it up for myself.

Вспоминаю и ностальгирую. Ох, как же здесь можно было классно оторваться и выпустить пар. Играть желательно и даже предпочтительно с друзьями, т.к игра по сюжету рассчитана на 4-х игроков. Компания-разработчик всю серию этих игр очень хорошо работала над графикой и выглядит это даже сейчас потрясающе. Dead Island была для меня эдаким первооткрывателем в подобном жанре, т.к L4D я хоть и считаю хорошей игрой, но она ведь просто шутер, а здесь у Вас будет куча разных возможностей, не говоря уже об открытом мире, который проработан достаточно привлекательно. Мне еще не довелось сыграть в ремейк, но в скором времени, я однозначно заберу себе и его.

This cooperative project about chopping, exploding, shooting, destroying, pressuring and dismembering zombies could be very interesting. Many people say that the whole point is in the cooperative playthrough. I'm not a team player, and therefore any partners, be they NPCs or real people, stress me out. I completed the game quickly, despite the crooked combat system, boring dialogues and identical tasks, which by the middle begin to frankly bore me. The plot is standard: a virus, everyone has become zombies, some people are immune. There is a real lack of firearms, which are given closer to the end, and they are made crookedly and awkwardly.
Этот кооперативный проект про рубку, взрывы, расстрел, уничтожение, давление и расчленение зомбей мог бы быть очень интересным. Многие говорят, что вся соль в кооперативном прохождении. Я не командный игрок, и поэтому меня напрягают какие-либо напарники, будь то неписи или живые люди. Игру я прошел быстро, несмотря на кривую боевую систему, скучные диалоги и одинаковые задания, которые к середине начинают откровенно задалбливать. Сюжет стандартен: вирус, все стали зомби, иммунитет у некоторых людей. Очень не хватает огнестрела, который дают ближе к финалу, и тот сделан криво и неудобно.
A wonderful cooperative zombie survival game. It is cooperative, so I highly recommend playing with a friend, as you may get the wrong impression. Good physics, and fairly good controls, not counting the car (which will not need to be controlled as often, so it is not so critical). There is everything for good gameplay, taking into account all the modifications, and the choice of weapons. Personally, only the butcher makes me nervous, but in co-op everything is much easier, so don’t expect horror. The plot is also not brilliant, only the gameplay decides, and it doesn’t get boring, given the variety. Overall a good game for evenings with friends.

Прекрасный кооперативный зомби сурвайвел. Именно кооперативный, поэтому настоятельно рекомендую играть с другом, так как может сложиться неправильное впечатление. Хорошая физика, и достаточно хорошее управление, не считая машины (которую управлять нужно будет не так часто, поэтому не столь критично). Для хорошего геймплея есть все, учитывая все модификации, да и выбор оружия. Лично меня заставляет нервничать только мясник, но в кооперативе все гораздо легче, поэтому хоррора не ждите. Сюжет тоже не блещет, решает только геймплей, и он не надоедает, учитывая разнообразие. В целом хорошая игра на вечера с друзьями.

Before I found Dying Light, this game seemed to me the highest art of zombie games. For myself, I can highlight that I completed Dead Island along with the add-on, so I can say with confidence that Techland do not know how to create a plot, the game is very stuffy and is played only with emotions from the gameplay, not from the plot or the beauty of the locations.
До того как я для себя нашёл Dying Light эта игра казалась мне высшим искувством игр про зомби. Для себя могу выделить что прошёл Dead Island вместе с дополнением, по этому могу с уверенностью сказать что Techland не умеют делать сюжет, игра очень душная и проходится лишь с эмоциями от геймплея, не от сюжета или красоты локаций.

Зомби! Кругом одни зомби! Dead Island для меня первая игра в которую сумел поиграть в компании с другом! По началу было интересно, но потом стало скучновато!
ПЛЮСЫ:
Графончик, спец эффекты, море крови! Игра точно подойдет мясникам! Порой зомбей встречается очень много и на них периодически не хватает твоего собранного вооружения! Да! В игре надо представлять свои инженерные навыки и собирать из мусора орудия убийств с помощью найденных чертежей. Признаться честно это оружие смотрится красиво и мощно! Благодаря этому забываешь про огнестрельное оружие которое в изобилии появляется под конец игры! Игра содержит кооператив на 4-х игроков — наверное это главное из-за чего стоит купить данную игру.
