Moonward Mage.
A port of the Moon Mage set from Final Fantasy 14 into the Astrologer set. Cloth physics are currently not modifiable, so the cloak will be quite tough in game. The skin color doesn't change with your character, I use R:255 G:184 B:148 to make the face match the body.
