There are two guards in the cave, they guard the entrance to the house and attack anyone who tries to get inside. If you, as a vampire, enter the Lich's cave, his guards will treat you like their boss and will not attack you. If you are not a vampire and do not intend to become one, then you will have to fight for the right to own the Lich's house. The cave is located near the city of Molag Mar.
