Falkreath Guard Overhaul.

This addresses some major shortcomings of the original Falkreath guards: they didn't have a schedule. They all did the same thing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The three were assigned to spend the night in the barracks, but there was only one bed in the barracks that they could use. Regardless of whether they were associated with the Empire or the Stormcloaks, their form remained virtually unchanged.
