Simple Freeze Time.

This mod allows you to freeze time. The mod's functions are activated by pressing the X button. By default, the Freeze time ability requires a minimum of 10 action points. If AP is depleted, a 3 second cooldown is required. If you want to use an unlimited number of times, open the console and enter the command: set aaPFisTimeFreezeUnlimitedUse to 1,

The console command is not case sensitive.
