Mister Burke Finally Has His House Key.

Mr. Burke lives in Megaton. He may not like it, but he has a whole house there. So why the hell doesn't he have a house key? It doesn't look like there's anything really special there, and yet it's locked away. You might also think that someone who lives in the city would always keep the key with them. This mod fixes that.
