Utility Belt.
The Utility Belt is a piece of clothing that dynamically displays the technology, mines, and grenades you are carrying. This item of clothing will occupy armor slot #56 (belts/bandoliers). You will receive the Utility Belt upon exiting Vault 111. All items will be displayed by default. If you want to hide certain items, you can set this option in the holotape. If you manage to somehow lose it, don't create it using console commands. Use the holographic settings ribbon under the Global > Add Utility Belt option. To work you will need the F4SE mod.
Display conditions:
- Equipment: You must have one of the items in your inventory.
- Mines: shows the last one equipped.
- Grenades: Shows the last grenade equipped.
