EG-7 REPLACES Gauss rifle models, plasma cannons and laser weapons with Utherien's Rheinmetall EG-7 Energiegewehr

All replaced weapons will always spawn with random grips, areas, stocks and fuses regardless of weapon type
All replaced weapons will be called "EG-7" in game and use the EG-7 instance name
All replaced weapons (except for the Institute pistol)

This mod includes changes to the Super Mutant tier lists. When selecting any plugin that replaces laser cannons, super mutants will spawn with pipe cannons instead of laser cannons.
