Modder with the nickname ToroMontana has released a new modification for Fallout 4, which turns Preston Garvey into a real super mutant with a modified voice. Preston Garvey's laser musket has been replaced with a regular rifle. For what? The modder did not explain the reason why he turned the leader of the Minutemen into a mutated man. However, this is not the first time that someone has tried to make fun of this character.
