The More Power Armor Mods increases the limit on upgrading power armor, but strives to maintain balance - it can be equipped with two upgrades.
By taking the “nuclear physicist” perk, you can make an additional improvement to the torso; at the second level, you will be allowed to put another improvement on the legs and arms, and at the third level – on the head.
