This mod adds hundreds of NPCs throughout Mojave to better emulate the world described in the lore, making it lively and dynamic. You will never again feel like the only person to leave the cities; soldiers patrol and guard their faction's territory; raiders ambush unsuspecting travelers; wanderers and tourists roam the roads between cities and trading hubs; prospectors explore the desert in search of treasures and opportunities; and as the war escalates, more and more wastelanders will walk the streets, drawn by the bright, shining lights of New Vegas and the Hoover Dam — all in accordance with the knowledge and balance of New Vegas!.
