Far Cry: Fort Redux

Far Cry: Fort Redux is an amateur remake of the original Far Cry from Julian White. The game is created using the CryEngine 3 engine from Crytek. The events of the game unfold around former special forces soldier Jack Carver, who finds himself on a mysterious island. Jack is looking for a journalist who went missing after a mercenary attack on his boat. The game includes thematic elements regarding the dangers of genetic engineering, as well as the genocide of the local islanders, which is based on mutants created by a mad scientist.
