Remove ATB slowdown.

Fixed slowdown when selecting the ATB command (aka tactical mode). Combat is now 100% real time. Of course, this mod makes the game more difficult.

Note. Again, this mod modifies the ResidentParameter.uasset file, just like the Lv99 mod, and without the HP red screen warnings. They cannot be used at the same time. Today I will post another file containing all 3 mods in one.

Убрать замедление в режиме тактики

Remove ATB slowdown.

Устранено замедление при выборе команды ATB (он же тактический режим). Бой теперь на 100% в реальном времени. Конечно, этот мод усложняет игру.

Примечание. Опять же, этот мод изменяет файл ResidentParameter.uasset, так же, как и мод Lv99, и без предупреждений HP на красном экране. Их нельзя использовать одновременно. Сегодня выложу еще один файл, содержащий все 3 мода в одном.
