Yuffie - Light Kunoichi.
This mod modifies Yuffie's original outfit by removing the guards from her arms and the stockings from her legs. The mod isn't perfect (because we need mesh modding for this), but it looks great! You can choose any color from the main files. Additionally, you can change the color of the cloak or even turn it off at the beginning of the game.
To install this mod:
1 Find the game installation folder.
2 Go to End/Content/Paks
3 Create a folder called ~mods.
4 Place the .pak file of your choice in the ~mods folder.
