Ganryu 2

Ganryu 2 is a continuation of the old-school action-slasher with a side view in the setting of fantastic Japan of the 17th century. After defeating Kojiro, Musashi decided to indulge in reflection and try his hand at art in the north of Japan, in the province of Hokkaido. During one of his meditations, a spirit addressed him: “Miyamoto Musashi, our battle is not over yet, I am waiting for you to finish our battle once and for all! All of Japan will pay for the insult inflicted on me! I’m waiting for you Miyamoto Musashi!”

For Musashi there was no doubt that the voice belonged to Sasaki Kojiro. His body was defeated, but his spirit remained, and his intentions were still destructive. Miyamoto Musashi then realized that he would have to cross Japan from north to south and go to the island of Ganryujima, where he first defeated Sasaki Kojiro, in order to fight again and free Kojiro's spirit forever.
