Gauntlet: Slayer Edition is a complete edition of the action role-playing game with co-op for four people. The game is a remake of the hack'n'slash game that was popular in the 80s and 90s. Legends of untold riches lured many fearless heroes into the dungeons, none of whom have yet returned. And all because of the insidious magician Morak, who places deadly traps there. But there are still those who are able to get even with the villain — the new four heroes, consisting of a warrior, a Valkyrie, an elf and a magician.

In essence, Gauntlet is a typical variation on the theme of a Diablo game, without the most important (or perhaps unnecessary for some) mechanics. If you've always been annoyed by leveling up Diablo, didn't like the chase for gear, or too much variation in skills and abilities, then you may well like Gauntlet.
We have 4 classes - wizard, warrior, valkyrie and elf. The story campaign is based on short runs through dungeons with the ability to play up to four players on the same screen. The only resources here are gold, which we earn at levels and can be spent on purchasing abilities and weapons (there are few options), as well as on character customization.

По сути, Gauntlet представляет собой типичную вариацию на тему Diablo-игры, без важнейших (или, возможно, для кого-то лишних) механик. Если вас всегда раздражала прокачка Diablo, не нравилась погоня за шмотками, слишком большая вариация умений и способностей, то Gauntlet вполне может понравиться.
Имеем 4 класса — волшебник, воин, валькирия и эльф. Сюжетная кампания строится на коротких забегах по подземельям с возможностью игры до четырёх игроков на одном экране. Из ресурсов здесь только золото, которое мы зарабатываем на уровнях и можем потратить на покупку способностей и оружия (вариантов немного), а также на кастомизацию персонажа.
