I think there is no point in writing a detailed review of a game that was 9 years old today. I just want to share my thoughts regarding the online component of the game. It makes me sad to see what Rockstar is turning this wonderful game into. It’s painful to see all this surrealism: types of transport such as flying/swimming cars, flying motorcycles with homing missiles, orbital guns, the “Doomsday” robbery, where cyborgs appear, AI terrorists and other aspects that break the GTA V setting. And now they are closing servers on Xbox 360 and PS 3. Many may say: “The servers don’t pay for themselves, the vast majority of players have switched to PC/PS 4.5/Xbox One.” They will be right, but with the closure of the servers of the old generation consoles, the opportunity to play online our very favorite GTA, which does not go beyond the intended setting, disappears, because the last (or almost the last) update released on the past-paste-gen was the robberies with Lester . It was there that the spirit of common sense, the absence of wild farming and simply pleasure from the gameplay still remained. Of course, it cannot be said that absolutely all the updates released after the heists were terrible; some fit perfectly into the theme. But alas, this is only an exception to the rule.
