I personally shed a tear at the ending

EVERYTHING, except for the price, in which I also include the cost of the VR helmet and its components, the cost of a top-end bucket to get this miracle of technology up and running, is top notch! I personally liked the elaboration, the opportunity to touch and twist everything, turn it around, the jump scares, the plot! But I wouldn’t call it Half-Life, it’s more like just some kind of VR project that has little in common with our favorite game. 8/10.

Half-Life: Alyx is a masterpiece, a breakthrough in the VR industry. From the first trailer I realized that this would be the best VR game. In my opinion, Valve set the bar, because at the time of the release of the very first Half-Life there were no similar games, some kind of effect or Valve wheel.

A big minus is the lack of Russian voice acting

It’s difficult to call this game Half-Life due to the lack of the famous mount, although the developers explained why they decided to “cut it out”

Half-Life, as always, steps into the future despite the others.

The only and main disadvantage is the price for the equipment (VR helmet and controllers)

And in terms of Gameplay, the game surpasses other VR games hundreds, if not thousands of times.

The same graphics take this Masterpiece into the future, but I’m generally silent about the controls)

All of us, in my opinion, as children would like to approach an object in a game, turn it in our hands, and interact with the player. Or just like "Gaingster" shoot at the enemy.

Purely my personal opinion, This game will give impetus to the era of games of the 21st century.

The other day I played a game with a very interesting plot I recommend

Gameplay: personally inconvenient for me

Graphics: it will work

Plot: interesting 10 out of 10

Controls: responsive too 10 out of 10

Sounds and music: actually they just demolish the tower 10 out of 10

In total we get +- 7-8 crowbars out of 10

Of course it’s nice to be back in City 17, but there are a few caveats. Firstly, the main disadvantage is the break with the release... Many players simply do not understand the plot, what kind of Alex Vance, what kind of Illai, and they certainly cannot understand what kind of idiot G-man is... The second disadvantage is the mandatory use of VR technology, without a helmet and gamepads, you simply won’t be able to appreciate it, and this is also a very big minus, not everyone can handle such a toy and a computer. Also, the disadvantages include a decently torn plot, which is justified by the game over time and the price of the game itself, and so... Not a bad experience, nicely designed levels and a rather nicely presented story. Even with tasks like “give me, bring it, do it quickly, fuck off”

It looks great compared to all other VR games, but if they added gags from the boneworks engine to the game, the game would come out simply great.

Valve has revolutionized the industry again. There have never been such detailed, long and interesting VR projects before. The continuation of adventures in a universe that has long been loved is fully consistent with the “same” spirit of the halfa. The graphics, plot, characters, narrative and gameplay are all top notch. As is the price for a quality set to play this miracle.

Unless, of course, you have a VR club opposite your house or a friend with a helmet.

It’s quite possible to call Alyx a re-release about Gordon Freeman, a physicist who was eager to win over the alliance, one could say so, but not everyone has a VR helmet, so I was glad that they created a mod for the keyboard, just wait for it to be finalized, and you can safely dive into the great the epic that Gabe Newell and Valve gave us. Everyone has shortcomings, but to create a world that we remember from Half Life 1-2, to be honest, when I saw how everything was worked out, I already shed a tear, this is the world where we destroyed evil spirits with a crowbar, saved civilians, fought the Alliance and rode buggies. Recently, a mod was released for Half-Life: Alyx that allows you to play it from beginning to end on the keyboard and without a VR helmet. Which is what I actually took advantage of. Since I am one of the people who decided to buy a VR helmet (which I did not regret in any way), I of course decided to play the best exclusive game on VR glasses, Half Life Alyx, and I decided, as befits a fierce gamer, I decided to leave a review for this game. The physics in this game, as you probably know, is masterpiece and there is nothing special to say here because in the game you can touch almost everything that comes to mind. A wonderful game for Vr, most likely one of the best, if not the best. Lots of interactions and mechanics, beautiful graphics, enemies and physics. The plot is a little tricky, but it gives a breath of air and a chance for life for Half Life 3. The game is very very good

I played through the game 4 times, everything about it is great, the plot, the riddles, the graphics, and most importantly, it’s VR. The game was released 4 years ago, and so far (in my personal opinion) there is no better game for Vr. You can say that a game like (BONELAB) is not inferior to (Half-Life Alyx) and I will answer that this may be so, but these are 2 different games. As a result, Half-Life: Alyx, even at the age of 24, is the leader in VR gaming, and it’s hard to argue with that.

Half-Life: Alyx is a really good game, with good mechanics, graphics, various OST(s), etc. But there are also holes in the game. Of course, this miracle is far removed from the real halfa, but I managed to spend a significant amount of time and still haven’t played enough. The level of detail and elaboration is simply amazing; I have never seen larger-scale projects in VR before. The only downside is the price of the VR kit, alas, but technology does not stand still and prices will fall.

Half-Life: Alyx is certainly not part 3, but a worthy game to play through. I liked the plot in this game, the attention to detail, for example: you can draw on the window. Shooting in VR is just something like shooting in real life. I recommend!
