The peculiarity of the save is that it is completed not at 99.95%, but at 100.00% (the missing water tower was destroyed and the missing 6 boxes with items that were missing in the game due to a bug were picked up). There was no such save on the site and I decided to upload it. Installation: Place it in the save folder (my path is C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\SKIDROW\SAVES\8190, your path may be different) and confirm the replacement.
