Allows you to save games containing more than 45 items. Up to 999 items are saved. This is especially useful in expansions with mods that support more than 4 players, or if you spend all the credits of a good run on items to avoid the death penalty. Just try not to overuse it; your computer may not like it if there are too many of them.
