Mario Tennis Open

Mario Tennis Open — features 24 playable Mario characters, 4 of which are unlocked by completing certain tasks, and another eight are unlocked by scanning certain QR codes. Each character has a predetermined skill, such as an advantage in speed, attack or defense. You can also select Mii characters saved in Nintendo 3DS Mii Maker. Unlike Mario characters, Mii characters' skills vary and are customizable depending on the tennis equipment the player is equipping. Gear options are purchased with coins, which are awarded after playing each game mode. However, costumes can be obtained by completing certain tasks.
