Saint-Etienne is a city in east-central France, 55 km southwest of Lyon in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, on the main road connecting Toulouse with Lyon. Saint-Étienne is the capital of the Loire district, with a population of 172,565 (2017) in the city proper and over 520,000 in the urban areas (2017). This mod improves this city by adding full-fledged three-dimensional models and detailed textures to almost all buildings.
