Not so much a mod as a handy tool for the hapless modder. What Am I Looking At is installed on top of the aforementioned Not Enough Items modification. It has only one, but very useful function: to show the name of the item the player is looking at, and also to display the mod that added this item.
What Am I Looking At supports many modifications, so you can see additional information for some blocks. For example, battery charge or water tank full.
