I finished it a long time ago and when I read that a new part would be released soon, I was as happy as a turkey). This means that I completed almost all of it, and only when it came to the mission with a sniper shot, I didn’t even know that you could shoot in this game. But it turns out you can) But not necessarily: you can run, jump, climb and hit all the guards in the face with hand-to-hand combat. And after I found out that you can shoot, everything became very simple.
What the game is about. You are a girl (very strong, fast and flexible) who can easily shoot from any weapon and can easily take down 8 armed men by simply kicking them. Прошел я ее уже давно и вот, прочитав, что скоро выйдет новая часть, обрадовался как индюк). Значит, прошел я ее почти всю, и только когда дело дошло до миссии с выстрелом со снайперки, я даже не знал, что в этой игре можно стрелять. А оказывается можно) Но не обязательно: можно бегать, прыгать, лазить и бить в рукопашку по морде всей охране. А после того, как узнал, что можно стрелять, так вообще все стало очень просто.
О чем игра. Ты девочка (очень сильная, быстрая и гибкая), которая без труда стреляет из любого оружия и легко положит человек 8 вооруженных мужиков, просто забив их ногами. В игре много-много паркура (я бы сказал, что это один большой паркур). Сюжет не очень, максимум на 4. Герои не запоминаются, кроме главной героини. НО кто может еще вспомнить хоть одну качественную игру… Read full

In this game you literally run from the starting line to the finish line. And there is no time to look at textures and models - speed and drive are important here. This is why the first person view suits the game so well.

Неинтересный сюжет, ужасающая коридорность, отсутствие кат-сцен как таковых (вместо них неуместные, оформленные под комикс, рисунки) — обычно подобные характеристики хоронят игры, но в случае с Mirror’s Edge это не так. Все вышеперечисленные болячки с лихвой окупаются самим процессом: кроссом по крышам, удивительными пируэтами, комбинациями приёмов и прочими прелестями паркура. В этой игре буквально бежишь от стартовой линии до самого финиша. И некогда разглядывать текстуры и модельки — здесь важна скорость и драйв. Именно поэтому вид от первого лица так подходит игре.
Несмотря на наличие специальных состязательных забегов на время помимо сюжета, игра остаётся недосказанной. Не хватает мультиплеера, где можно было бы демонстрировать чудеса паркура командой, не хватает свободного… Read full
I finished this game a long time ago.. My first thoughts were: This game is the best.. It’s wonderful.. I got to know it like this: I was looking for different games about parkour, I looked at reviews about each one, and more. Among them I found Mirror's Edge, after downloading it I launched it.. At the beginning, from my memory, there was something like a story.. Then there was training.
What the game is actually about: We play as a girl named Faith, in a city that has clearly gone a little into the future, in the city the police and others monitor all the actions of the residents, on the Internet, there is no freedom of speech. Faith is one of the runners who delivers information despite all the restrictions on freedom of speech. The dispatcher (I don’t know what else to call him) helps us almost the entire game; I don’t remember his name. In my opinion, the plot is excellent, five plus. I recommend it to everyone.
Давно я прошел эту игру.. Первые мои мысли были таковы:Эта игра лучшая.. Она замечательна.. Познакомился я с ней так:Искал разные игры про паркур,про каждые смотрел отзывы,и другое. Среди них я нашел Mirror's Edge,скачав ее я запустил.. В начале по моей памяти было что то типо истории.. Затем шло обучение.
О чем сообственно игра:Играем мы за девушку,которую зовут Фэйт,в городе,явно который немного ушел в будущее,в городе полиция,и другое отслеживают все действия жителей,в интернете,нету свободы слова. Фэйт — одна из бегущих,людей которые доставляют информацию несмотря на весь запрет свободы слова. Почти всю игру нам помогает диспетчер (по другому не знаю как назвать) имя я его не помню. Сюжет по моему отличный,на пять с плюсом. Всем советую.

Очень мало достойных игра завязанных на паркуре и эта игра лучшее что есть в этом жанре. Динамичный саундтрек, качественно сделанные уровни, механика завязанная на паркуре и интересный сюжет — смешиваются в удивительный микс под названием Mirror's Edge
Thanks to the game for a happy childhood! Thanks to Faith, I started exercising. loads. I started running in the morning. I was inspired by the parkour movement! Not for long though... After a couple of “classes” I seriously injured my knee. But I don’t regret anything! It was an amazing time!

Спасибо игре за счастливое детство! Благодаря Фейт я начал заниматься физ. нагрузками. Начал бегать по утрам. Я вдохновился движением паркура! Не на долго правда... После пары "занятий" серьёзно повредил колено. Но ни о чём не жалею! Это было восхитительное время!

A game about parkour. With pleasant gameplay and graphics. Great music. High-quality levels. The parkour mechanics are good. Stylistics too. But with a passable plot.
Игра про паркур. С приятным геймплеем и графикой. Отличной музыкой. Качественно сделанными уровнями. Механика паркура хороша. Стилистика тоже. Но с проходным сюжетом.
Great game with mostly good points. I remember it before it was released, I watched the demo videos with pleasure and enjoyed the lighting, special effects and combat system. When I came out I was playing and went to a friend’s house. It didn’t work on every computer, despite the fact that the graphics in the game didn’t particularly have highly loaded textures. Let’s say there’s nothing superfluous in the graphics, but it didn’t work for me. Now the game will run on any computer.

Отличная игра в основном с плюсами. Помню ее еще когда не выпустили смотрел с удовольствием демо ролики и кайфовал от освещения, спецэффектов и боевой системы. Когда вышла играл и прошел у друга. Не на каждом компе шла, не смотря на то что графика в игре особо не имеет высоконагруженных текстур. В графике скажем так — ничего лишнего, но у меня не запускалась. Сейчас же игра полетит на любом компе.
Любителям паркура игра понравится. Вообще паркур это было новшество в играх от первого лица. Поэтому ее все ждали, и именно это сделало игру популярной. Игра получилась интересной как сюжетом так и игровым процессом. В игре почти нет огнестрельного оружия, так что пострелять тут от души не получится!
Все долго ждали продолжения, но игра (как по мне) осталась лучшей в своей серии! Совет… Read full
