Minotaur Hardframe camera fix.

Adjusts the camera for the Hardframe mech so you can see what you're shooting. Comes in two different versions, top-down or side view, according to personal preference. The top-down view only changes when shooting, while the side view is always active. Modifies GCCAMERAGLOBALS.
