Octopath Traveler 2

Turn-based Japanese role-playing game in an open world. The story takes place in Solistia, a world where the eastern and western continents are separated by sea. It had only recently entered a turbulent new era, in which steam power gave birth to revolutionary technologies and huge ships took to the sea routes. Some of its residents admire glamorous stage stars and industrial geniuses, while others vegetate among wars, epidemics and poverty.

8 inhabitants of this distant world simultaneously set off from different places, pursuing their own goals. The player can take on the role of any of them to freely explore new lands, relying on the unique talents of their hero.
