Activate Cheats Handler and Init Debug

now you can toggle with F1 or the Toggle Menu script the Debug UI.

ESC = close

Q/E = inc/dec values

Note : dont activate the debug scripts on game load!

game will crash!

activate in main menu or if the level is loaded!
