Phonopolis

Phonopolis is a dystopian quest with an isometric camera view from the creators of Samorost, Machinarium and Creaks. The main character, young and thoughtful Felix, turns out to be the only person who sees the threat looming over Phonopolis — the ruler of the city, also known as the Leader. The hero is trying to prevent him from seizing complete control and depriving citizens of their humanity. The main feature of the game is its unusual visual style. The environment was created by hand from corrugated cardboard, and to make the game reminiscent of classic cartoons, the developers used frame-by-frame animation at a speed of 12 frames per second.
