Retro Machina is an action-adventure game with role-playing elements and an isometric camera view. In a world long devastated, the last city remains. Protected by a glass dome, Endeavor rises above the wreckage of a distant past. It is inhabited only by robots who have been guarding, repairing and improving it for hundreds of years. In order for this to continue, everything must work perfectly — and this means that everything that is imperfect is instantly disposed of.
And so it happened — but one day one robot worker failed. Banished from the city that was once his home, he strives to find a way to fix himself so he can return. But he is broken, which means he is unpredictable, and everything in this city turns against him. In his attempts to repair himself and find intelligent life outside the city, he will uncover the secrets of the destroyed world, the origins of Endeavor, and the history of his species.
