Doctors will more often sell cinnamon, rolled oats and psiblocker, which are rarely available in the original. Like other items, the amount of medicine depends on the progress in the game (hidden statistics of the player's rank).
This mod does not replace any cfg files. This file changes only 2 structures: MedicUniversal_TradeItemGenerator and MedicNoon_TradeItemGenerator.
