To defeat an enemy who outnumbers you, you will need both knowledge of tactics and brilliant swordsmanship. You can switch between 4 playable characters in real time on the touch screen and give orders to your troops to control the situation on the battlefield.

You need to maintain high morale of your soldiers and try to break the will of the enemy. Use the entire arsenal of available attacks to stop the enemy's advance. Now you can master powerful Hyper Actions and turn the tide of battle with War Arts, which will give you more experience points, increased movement speed and much more. By fulfilling certain conditions during battle, you will also complete an illustrated history of the battles.
