Go to where you have Sifu installed and go to the Paks folder.
Example: D:/SIFU/Sifu/Content/Paks
If it doesn't exist, create a new folder called ~mods. It should look like this: D:/SIFU/Sifu/Content/Paks/~mods.
Throw the mod pack and signed files there.
Download the game and have fun!
