Skate 3 is an arcade sports skateboarding simulator with a third-person view. The action takes place some time after the events of Skate 2. The main character, now known as "Legend", has become one of the best skaters. He goes to the coastal town of Port Carventer to fulfill one of his sponsorship contracts, but fails. To become the best skater, the hero intends to assemble his own team.
