New NPC - Sasuke.
A new character has appeared in the city, whose name is Sasuke. A scruffy little guy who carries his trusty katana everywhere, Sasuke is wicked and shouldn't be allowed outside. Sasuke says and does harsh, vulgar, inappropriate things that are not suitable for everyone. This character is made to be different from the others, but with some laughs added to it.
