The game is published by Snowball Studios and 1C Company. ?海巨人 is an alternative name for Submarine Titans. It looks like Submarine Titans was a complete crap. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.

In fact, the developers of this game decided to make their own StarCraft with black j... i.e. with submarines and the ocean. In general, I liked it at one time, but the balance is broken, the analogue of the zergs, I think the silicoids or something like that, are generally worthless, and the 2 technological races are not much different from each other, unlike the same SC, but the game has its own zest
По сути разработчики сей игры решили сделать свой старкрафт с блэк дж... т.е. с субмаринами и океаном. Вообще мне понравилась в свое время, но баланс нарушен, аналог зергов, помоему силикоиды или как то так, вообще никчемны, а 2 технологические расы мало чем от друг друга отличаются, в отличии от того же СК, но в игре есть своя изюменка
