The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth is an addition to the top-down arcade action game Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. It adds over 100 hours of content, including the new hardcore Greed mode. Also available are about 25 new types of enemies, alternate chapters, more than 100 new rooms, 120 new items, an improved weapon combination system, daily quests and much more.
The add-on requires the original version of Binding of Isaac: Rebirth.
