God)))) This is the best game of my childhood...) So. First I want to say about the music: the great composer Jeremy Soule composed his melodies for the game. These melodies remained in my head forever; from every point of the open world, whether it was a cave or a city or nature, there comes its own, charming, soulful music. For this alone, we can call this game the best game of the decade. Graphics. All you have to do is go through the sewer, go behind bars and contemplate this mesmerizing beauty... And then go wherever you want... Graphics are digested differently in different organisms. For example, I feel calm in Daggerfall or even the Arena. Plot. Usually this whole series comes back to the story by doing a ton of side quests and wandering around the world. And I still haven't gotten there :)

My acquaintance with the series began with this wonderful game.

But closer to the point:

- The main plot.

The premise is quite banal - the dying emperor asks the protagonist to find his illegitimate son, because only he can save everyone and everything. But even then everything is not going well - running around, seasoned with the script. The ending doesn't evoke any special emotions at all, let alone the bosses. And Oblivion’s plans for the third visit evoke thoughts: “When will this end!?”

-Subplot.

Things are much better here.

We have four branches of guilds: Mages, Fighters, Thieves and the Dark Brotherhood. Each is better than the other. I ask you to pay special attention to the Dark Brotherhood, it was the passage of this storyline that left a certain sediment in my soul.

Of all the parts of The Elder Scrolls, I liked Oblivion.

A large, beautiful open world, a fascinating plot, and many interesting characters made us return to the game again and again.

A cool RPG where you can customize your hero, climb into dungeons for treasure, take part in quests, rob houses, eat cabbage from the garden, communicate with demons and much more, I recommend it.

This part is the best of all

Pros

+ Incredibly melodic soundtrack

+ Huge open world

+ Lots of quests and NPCs

+ Amazing DLC

Cons

- Bugs (but they only cause a smile, for example, an NPC who was turned around and walking around as if nothing had happened)
