The mod adds almost all the abilities of the Kryptonians, which were Superman and Supergirl. Among them are invulnerability, super strike, time dilation, super jump, super speed, laser gaze, frosty breath and many others. Flight and X-Ray are not included here. To activate, you need to find a scroll called How To Be Super in a store in Riverwood or Whiterun.
