This mod adds 24 new mutagens and 24 corresponding decoctions. Mutagens drop from corresponding monsters in Toussaint, and recipes for concoctions can be found throughout the world.
The author strongly recommends not using Dragon Brew during the Blood and Gore quest, which activates the mutation function. The decoction is harmless for the rest of the game.
